Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Critical Role gear, but if your order isn't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and packing slip, which will be sent directly to your registered email address.

• 3.
  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, include the packing slip, and affix the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
