How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard domestic orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. During limited edition drop events, please allow up to 7-10 business days for processing before you receive your tracking number.
What is your return policy for apparel?
We accept returns on unworn and unwashed clothing items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached to be eligible for a full refund.

How should I care for my Critical Role screen-printed shirts?
To preserve the quality of the print and fabric, we recommend machine washing cold with like colors and tumbling dry on low heat, or hanging to dry.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Address changes can only be made if the order has not yet been processed by our warehouse. Please contact our support team immediately with your order number to request a change.
